Features of Automatic Cone Making Machine
We are a professional ice cream cone making machine manufacturer. Our machines are used to roll all kinds of ice cream cones, wafer cones, sugar cones, egg rolls and other cookies; we can change the mold to produce different shapes of cones and cookies.
The machine consists of a 320 x 240 mm baking pan made of high quality ductile iron. Each baking pan can be made into two cone plates. This machine is suitable for making flat sugar cones less than 145 mm in length. Taper, weight, thickness and pattern spacing can be customized according to customer requirements. The machine is driven by three-phase power supply, the oven is heated by gas (natural gas or liquefied gas), electric heating and ignition, and the oven temperature is displayed electronically. The production capacity is very strong, and it is fully automatic from spraying, baking, forming, falling mold, conveying products, stacking and counting.
This machine is suitable for making sugar cone with length less than 145mm. Taper, weight, thickness and pattern spacing can be customized according to customers' requirements. The machine consists of 320*240mm baking plates, the material of baking plates is high quality ductile iron, each plate can make two cone plates.
The machine is driven by three-phase power supply, the back oven is heated by gas (natural gas or liquefied gas), electric ignition and electronic display of oven temperature. The production capacity is very strong, from batter spraying, baking, forming, demoulding, conveying products, stacking and counting are all automated.
